How to send your watch for repair
The SEIKO Service Center provides repair services on Seiko watches, Pulsar, and Lassale branded products. Please know that the SEIKO Service Center is the only service facility in the United States authorized by SEIKO Watch of America LLC to service these products, and all work performed carries either a six or twelve month guarantee. The SEIKO Service Center will provide you with a free written estimate to the cost of repairing your watch. We cannot provide estimates by phone, as we must have the timepiece at our service center in order to perform a proper and thorough evaluation. If your timepiece is under warranty please include the fully completed warranty card (all documents will be returned with your timepiece). Timepieces not covered under warranty or are outside the warranty period will be estimated at prevailing repair costs. After our evaluation, we will contact you by e-mail with the results of our findings. If your watch needs movement repair service, click here to find out the estimated price.
Kindly know that Seiko Clocks are not serviced/repaired at the SWA Service Center. Please do not ship your clock to the SWA Service Center, as it will be returned. Please call our Customer Relations Team at 800-722-4452 or email us at custserv@seikousa.com to receive instructions on how to proceed if service is needed for your Seiko Clock.Please note that watch drop off is no longer available at our service center.
